Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or unwanted items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
